Terrestrial Brewing Company was founded in 2017 by Ryan Bennett and Ralph Sgro. Their combined passion for beer and the industry led them to team up and design / open the brewery. Their aim was to design a destination brewery focusing on in-house only consumption.
The brewery is located in the Battery Park neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. The Taproom houses an American-made, five barrel brewhouse from Portland Kettle Works. All house beers are made by Brewmaster, Ralph Sgro, and Head Brewer, Drew Lang. The tap list has two, mainstay beers, Canopy Crusher IPA and Public Pilsner, while the rest of the taps constantly rotate with new and exciting brews. The Taproom offers a casual vibe and two large patios with epic views of Lake Erie. Perfect for the warmer months! The Taproom is also 100% dog-friendly and has an adjacent dog park next to us for the dogs to play and meet some friends. We continually work to raise money for our furry friends by donating portions of sales proceeds for Doggie Brunches and other events to various dog-focused organizations. Our love for animals doesn’t end with dogs! We work with the Cleveland Zoological Society to help raise funds and awareness for wildlife conservation and with the Greater Cleveland Aquarium to help raise funds and awareness for the spotted turtles. We looking forward to continuing these partnerships for years to come!
We currently serve food Tuesday-Sunday in the Taproom. Every Sunday is Doggie Brunch so make sure to bring your four-legged friend so they can enjoy some delicious food from our wonderful partner, Spoiled Dog Boss. Our Brunch menu changes weekly so stay updated with our Facebook and Instagram.
We are excited to announce we are currently working through an expansion. The first phase included a full-scale restaurant (Terra Bistro), and the addition of food items in the Taproom. The second phase of our expansion will include an upstairs event space with multi-use capabilities (i.e., weddings, private gatherings, concerts, corporate events, etc.). Food and alcohol packages will be available. The best part of the upstairs will be the huge, two-tiered deck with amazing views of Lake Erie and Edgewater Beach. We will definitely boast some of the best views in Cleveland! Stay tuned to our social media for updates on both projects.
